This Church Safety Team Firearms Training course is designed to build real-world defensive shooting skills for armed church safety teams, ushers, and volunteers. This is live-fire, hands-on training focused on marksmanship, movement, and engaging threats under stress.
In this course, you’ll train in:
Drawing from Concealment & Engaging Threats Quickly
Shooting While Moving & Using Cover Effectively
Shooting in Real-World Positions – Seated, kneeling, prone, and from barriers
Multiple Target Engagement – Prioritizing and transitioning between threats
Timed Drills to Simulate Real-World Pressure
Malfunction Clearing & Reloading Under Stress
This is not a basic marksmanship course. This is scenario-based training designed for those who carry inside a house of worship and need to be able to react swiftly, shoot accurately, and make critical decisions under pressure.
Taught by a USCCA Certified Instructor, who has extensive experience volunteering on church safety teams and understands the unique challenges of providing protection for houses of worship and their congregations.
Upon completing the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
