Attention: Starting December 2022 there will be an optics Division. This means anyone running more than one optic ie; optic on rifle and pistol or optic on rifle pistol and shotgun will fall into this new division.
NOTICE:
Members see Club Rules posted in the members section.

In every case, the following actions MUST result in a match disqualification:

4.4.1.1 Sweeping yourself or another with a loaded or unloaded firearm.

4.4.1.2 Pointing the muzzle of a firearm beyond any defined muzzle safe points, or, in the absence of defined muzzle safe points, beyond 90° horizontally in either direction measured from the front of the shooter facing directly center downrange (i.e.180° rule).

4.4.1.3 Driving down or double tapping on rearward falling steel.

4.4.1.4 Dropping a loaded firearm; dropping an unloaded firearm while under the direction of a safety officer during a course of fire; picking up or attempting to pick up any dropped firearm. Please note, all dropped firearms must be retrieved by a safety officer who must check and clear the firearm before returning it to the shooter. Dropping an unloaded firearm outside of a course of fire or causing an unloaded firearm to fall outside of a course of fire is not an automatic disqualification, unless otherwise specified by the discipline’s approved rules.

4.4.1.5 Discharging a firearm so that any shot impacts the ground within 10 feet (3 meters) of the shooter unless otherwise defined by the discipline’s approved rules; discharging a firearm while loading, reloading, performing remedial action (malfunction clearing), or unloading; discharging a firearm while transferring it from one hand or shoulder to the other; discharging a firearm while moving between shooting areas, positions or locations unless actively engaging a target; or discharging a firearm while picking it up or putting it down during a course of fire.

4.4.1.6 Pointing the muzzle of a fully loaded firearm (i.e. loaded, with a round in the chamber capable of being fired) over any berm.

4.4.1.7 Pulling the trigger of any loaded or unloaded firearm while the muzzle is pointed over the berm.

Chamber flags are now required for long guns. If you do not have any the club has them available for $2 each and you will need one for each long gun.

All Shooters are required to show either their member ID or extended waiver card when registering for a match. If you have neither or forgot yours at home, please complete a white waiver form to cover that day's shooting. An extended waiver form (non-members) can be completed which will cover the entire year and can be used for any match.  Your extended waiver card should be ready the following month in the registration office.

Effective May 2015 and until further notice, the Shooter's Brief will start at 7:30AM & the match starts at 7:30AM sharp. If you are not paid and registered by 0730 then you must see the Discipline Director. This is to prevent uneven squads and prevent delays to keep the match moving.

All slug hits will be scored the same as pistol or rifle (0, 1, 3). Hitting the target will neutralize it, but your shot placement will now count. So, be as accurate as possible.

Half size IPSC targets will be incorporated. The scoring zones are A, B, C which translate into 0, 1, 3.

Effective 10/2012 all stages are govened by a par time of 180 seconds. Anyone aged 65 + or with a physical limitation may request an exemption from the par time rule.
