In order to be allowed to shoot on the 25m, 50m, 100m and 300m ranges, a Club Member must first qualify to do so.  Qualification on the 25m range can be done at the time of the General Orientation.  All qualifications on the 25m, 50m, 100m and 300m ranges can be done by any RSO on duty.  The requirements for each qualification is as follows:

25m Range (Pistol)

You must safely place a 18" x 24" target at 15 yards, so that all shots on the target impact the berm.  You must obtain 8 hits out of 10 shots on the target using a pistol.

25m Range (Rifle)

You must safely place a 18" x 24" target at 25 yards, so that all shots on the target impact the berm.  You must obtain 8 hits out of 10 shots on the target using a rifle.

50m Range (Pistol)

You must safely place a 18" x 24" target at 25 yards, so that all shots on the target impact the berm.  You must obtain 8 hits out of 10 shots on the target using a pistol.

50m Range (Rifle)

You must safely place a 18" x 24" target at 25 yards, so that all shots on the target impact the berm.  You must obtain 8 hits out of 10 shots on the target using a rifle.

100m Range (Rifle)

You must safely place a 18" x 24" target at 50 yards, so that all shots on the target impact the berm.  You must obtain 8 hits out of 10 shots on the target using a rifle.

300m Range (Rifle)

You must safely place a 18" x 24" target at 200 yards, so that all shots on the target impact the berm.  You must obtain 8 hits out of 10 shots on the target using a rifle.
