This NRA Basic Pistol class is for all club members and their immediate family - cost is $162.50/person.

Instructors for this course will be Raggin & Brad Compton.

 

In this course you will learn:

 

  • The Three NRA Rules for Safe Gun Handling
  • Range Safety Rules & Information
  • Identify Range Commands
  • Demonstrate the Five Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting
  • Load, Cock, De-Cock and Unload Various Types of Handguns
  • How to Safely Clean a Pistol
  • Demonstrate the Steps to Assume and then Shoot Benchrest Position
  • Demonstrate the Steps to Assume and then Shoot Isosceles Position
