PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

This is a Florida Concealed Weapons License Class consisting of classroom training and live fire exercises.  Pre-registration is REQUIRED.  Cost for the course is $100 per student.  To register, send an email to ejmyersfl@gmail.com.  If you have any questions, please call Ernest Myers at 407-325-5801.

Students must be at least 21 years old, and not under any legal disabilities preventing them from possessing a firearm.  Students need to bring a suitable firearm (preferably 9mm or .38 Spl., but any handgun chambered in .22lr or larger is acceptable); 150 rounds of ammunition; eye protection; and ear protection.  Rain gear may be needed as the shooting portion of the class is outdoors, and it often rains in Orlando.  A hat, sunscreen and a snack are suggested.  Wearing a T-shirt (or other high collared shirt) and closed-toe shoes are MANDATORY.  NO LOW CUT SHIRTS OR OPEN TOE SHOES ARE PERMITTED.

Class starts promptly at 8:30am in the Clubhouse.  Please come at 8:00am to complete some paperwork.  DO NOT BRING ANY FIREARMS INTO THE CLASSROOM!

There is a shooting qualification to get a certificate for this course.  However, THIS COURSE is NOT a basic marksmanship course.  There will be range time, instruction and exercises before the qualification.
