Military/Vintage Rifle Match

 

Place- 200 yd. line. 

Time- 0815. 

Target- SR. 

Shots, 35 total.

 

Fees are; $5.00 Mem. and $10.00 Non-member.

Equipment: Any safe, as issue, military rifle made prior to 1957 or safe sporting rifle made prior to 1957.

The Course of fire is the CMP "A" As-Issue Military Rifle Course of fire.

1. Slow Fire- Prone, 5 sighters and 10 scoring in 15 minutes non-stop.

2. Rapid Fire- 10 scoring in 80 seconds. { some leeway due to rifle and availability of loading clips.}

3. Standing- 10 scoring in 10 minutes. 

Relays and squadding depend on attendance.

 

Military Rifles are available for loan [M-1 and 1903 A3 only provable military ball NO reloads]. 30-06 ammunition available for $0.75 per. [You keep the brass.]
