NEW RULE CHANGES: Shooting bags/rests/bipods/tripods, and the like, cannot be pre-staged before the start of the stage. This is equivalent to "modifying the stage", which is not allowed. They can be on the shooter, or on their gun before the timer start, and then used accordingly throughout the stage.

Per the Club's new ruling, and until further notice, all Sig Sauer P320, P320 variants, and P320 chassis systems are not allowed on Club property and may not be used in this match. For Central Florida Carbine, this mostly applies to P320 systems being used as PCCs or braced pistols in the PCC division, since handguns are generally not allowed. Examples of P320 systems include but are not limited to the Flux Defense Raider X, Strike Industries SMC, MCK Micro, etc.

To celebrate the end of the shooting year, we will be doing a team match. Depending on its success, it will be recurring once annually, usually closer to year end. This event's purpose is to encourage teamwork, and to break the monotony of this individualistic sport; to encourage sharing of ideas, stage plans, looking out for each other, and teaching others.
DECEMBER 2023 TEAM MATCH RULES:
- 16 teams. 4 shooters per team. 64 shooters total for the entire match.
- 3 teams per squad, with the 5th squad having 4 teams. Teams 1-3 will be in Squad 1, 4-6 in Squad 2, and so on and so forth. We may end up having to move teams around to make sure all Squads have proper ROs.
- "First come, first serve" registration with date/time as usual. If the match fills up and your team member(s) didn't make it in time, that's on you. Make sure you all register at the same time. Remind them, bug them. Be a team.
- Any Team member can register themselves as well as others of their own team on their behalf. Make sure the correct shooter names are used.
- Shooters that registered but couldn't get in on a team, will be placed in the Free Agent Squad.
- The Free Agent Squad is there for those that didn't get a team registered in time, or shooters that will like to shoot the match, but do not currently have a team, or don't care. Being in this squad gives us the right to place you wherever you are needed. Any remaining Free Agents will then be formed into teams.
- If you are short a shooter for your team during morning sign-in (no-shows/withdraws), one will be randomly selected for you from the Free Agent Squad prior to match start, if available.
- Teams are determined by you, the shooters, so coordinate amongst yourselves. Make deals, buy off people. Start stacking stats in your favor.
- Please refrain from registering into a PS Team slot until all 4 of your team members are registered and ready to squad.
- Each team will be called to shoot the stage. All team shooters will be allowed to shoot each stage individually, then the worst score of the 4 shooters will be dropped per stage. The aggregate score of those 3 best runs is the team score for that stage. All team stage points for all 5 stages will then be summed for a final team overall match score.
- We may do a Team relay stage, that may have a unique set of rules. If your team is missing shooters, there will be alternative ways to run it with penalties.
- Individual times will NOT be posted. This is a team event, and only team scores will be the final scores posted on PS.
- Divisions and their scores will not matter, but division rules will still apply. For example, HEAVY scoring for HEAVY division rifles, no Rimfires and PCCs on the long range stage, etc.
- A DQ is still for the entire match for that shooter, and they then automatically become the dropped score per stage for that team. Any additional DQs or missing shooters for that team will then just generate a DNF for that run.
- Cool/appropriate team names encouraged. Message match director so it can be changed. Staff has final approval on names.
- Team outfits encouraged. Show up with matching outfits, or crazy gear, whatever. Have fun with it.
- It is in each team's interest to make sure the RO and scorer are being honest/fair, since they could be scoring their own team members. Contact the MD or AMD for any mediation needs. Good ROs are hard to come by, and this is a bias we will be aware of. Check and double check what they are doing for you, and for their own team.
- All these rules are subject to change as we fine tune them.

NEW CHANGES TO THE MATCH:
- Registration fees will only be collected through the PractiScore payment system. We will not handle any other form of payment, including cash.
- The payment transaction is non-refundable, even if you withdraw through PS. Therefore, please ensure that you are 100% sure you will attend the match before making your payment. Contact the Match Director for questions.
- The system will require full payment at the time of registration, and you will not be able to squad until payment is complete.
- Before registering, you can preview the squad arrangements at the bottom of the match description by clicking on "View Squadding". This will show you what squad slots are still available, and who is squadded where, to better assist you in making a decision to register.
- You must agree to the Non-Refundable Policy checkbox to register.
- Active CFRPC Members who want to take advantage of the -$10 discount must provide their member number in the registration field and select the discount checkbox before submitting their payment. They must also show their active club member badge during morning match Sign-In to verify the discount. Failure to provide an active badge will result in denial to shoot the match, and no refunds will be issued.
- If you are NOT a CFRPC member and select the discount, you will not be allowed to shoot the match, and no refunds will be issued.
- In the event of a match cancellation, due to weather or unforeseeable events, refunds may be issued. We have never cancelled a match due to weather, however, we've had issues scoring. With new weatherproof targets at our disposal, scoring should be easier in rainy conditions.

1/25/2022 New logos have been made for Central Florida Carbine. Check out the Carbine Home tab.
The Carbine section of the CFRPC website got an overhaul on 03/25/2021.
New changes to the match:
1. Updated Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) division will now require a rifle caliber for the Long Range stage only. PCCs are no longer allowed on the long range stage. Due to low PCC attendance, setting up an entirely different PCC long range shooting line with targets, positions, and props, is not efficient use of setup time. PCCs are still allowed to be shot in the short range stages, but a rifle caliber must be used on the Long Range stage or take a DNF. This is similar to the Rimfire division.
2. New Rimfire division. In light of the ammo shortage/prices, we are adding a .22 rimfire division. These carbines consist of .22Short, .22LongRifle, or .22Long chamberings, since .22 Magnum and .17 HMR are already considered rifle calibers per the club rules due to their high velocities. The rimfire Carbines will only be allowed on the short range stages. For the Long Range stage, you will be expected to have a rifle caliber to shoot, or take a DNF on that stage. This will reduce the burden of high ammunition cost by only having to bring rifle ammunition for the long range round count.
AR and AK pistols and similar platforms are allowed. Braced pistols/firearms are treated no different than any other Carbine or Rifle in this match. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with the law.
ATTENTION!!!
Chamber flags are required for EVERYONE, unless the firearm is cased! The chamber flag must be in the chamber and not just blocking the action.
Notice: Due to construction around the range, we need to enforce muzzle discipline. High muzzling will result in DQ. We love our sport but need to ensure we have a location to continue enjoying it. Thank you for your understanding.
